Orders START TO BE processed immediately after you place them, therefore we DO NOT accept cancellations.
Our turnaround time varies depending on stock levels and time of the year. You can see when your order would ship at checkout (SHIPPING). There will be two options, standard shipping and express shipping.
If you need your order sooner than the standard processing time, please use the express shipping method to ensure delivery on time.

All payment is made via Paypal or Debit/Credit card through third party, our website is secure and we do not receive card details.
Postage cost is £4 to the UK and we offer free postage on orders over £50. All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service, tracking number will be sent to you with your dispatch notification email.
International orders that weigh under 2kg are sent with Royal Mail tracked service. If your order weighs more than 2kg, we will use DHL Express.
We are happy to accept returns on NON personalised items.
In the very rare case your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a photo within 24 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds for misused of products. it is the customer's responsibility to return items in the original condition, at their own expense.
we reserve the right to evaluate all refund/exchange requests on a case by case basis.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. we are released from liability for shipment delays due to customs or delivery company, once a package has left our studio. we are unable to control shipping factors.
only 1 promotion/ promo code (discount code) can be used in one transaction. we reserve the right to cancel orders if this is not adhered to.
